DALLAS, TX, November 7th, 2025 — AM Specialty Insurance Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Thomas Randall to Company Secretary of AM Specialty Insurance Company (ASIC U.S.).
Thomas joined AM Specialty in 2023 as Junior Attorney and most recently served as Associate Counsel, where he has supported the group’s legal and governance functions across multiple business entities. In his new role, Thomas will oversee corporate governance, regulatory filings, and administrative oversight for AM Specialty, ensuring alignment with the group’s operational and compliance objectives.
Thomas holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of North Texas Dallas College of Law, where he was an active member of the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Arizona. His legal acumen, attention to detail, and strong understanding of corporate governance have been key assets to the organization since joining.
Thomas’s promotion reflects AM Specialty’s commitment to developing talent from within and strengthening its legal and governance capabilities to support continued growth across its specialty insurance and reinsurance operations.
