AM Specialty Promotes Stefanie Milch to Chief Claims Officer and Assistant General Counsel
DALLAS, TX, September 1st, 2026 — AM Specialty Insurance Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Stefanie Milch to Chief Claims Officer & Assistant General Counsel.
Stefanie joined AM Specialty in March 2025 and has played an important role in developing and leading the company’s claims function. As Head of Claims, she has been responsible for driving the performance of the Claims Department, overseeing claims operations, internal staff and Third-Party Administrators, while working closely with underwriting, finance, operations, and technology teams.
In her expanded role as Chief Claims Officer & Assistant General Counsel, Stefanie will continue to lead the company’s claims strategy and operations while leveraging her legal experience in claims, litigation management, and dispute resolution to support the broader organization. Through her expanded role, Stefanie will further integrate legal insight into claims and litigation matters while supporting effective risk management and decision-making across the organization.
